Driven by their intense love of music and the ability to change lives through it, Brothers Rique Garza: Vocals and guitar and Nick Garza: Drums, with an inherited 3rd generation musical talent, sought out to form a band to introduce a life changing sound to the rest of the world. With the addition of Jory Nunn, guitar, Jacob Flarida rock solid bass , and Ringo Fulmer, screaming vocals, Uprise of the Fallen was born.
The music that has been inspired by life experiences is used as a vehicle to bring change in the lives of the young people they minister to. Yes, this music is a tool to reach the hurting youth of today. UOTF care deeply about the people that hear their music, and believe they are making a difference in the attitudes towards hard-core worship and their personal relationships with Christ.
UOTF wants their music to inspire others to step out of their box and reach out to those around them and take back everything that has been stolen from this generation.
Their live performances are exceptionally intense; delivering an unexpected power and emotion that never fails to leave the audience feeling less than astounded. Uprise of the Fallen is currently in the studio working on new material in hopes of releasing their first EP as a band in the summer of 2009.Fervent, emotive, and dynamic stage presence; charming, polite and respectful personality; songwriting prowess and all-around maturity have combined to quickly propel this band to the forefront of modern
